1. Services
Detail Ease KC provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior, exterior, and specialty cleaning packages. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location or another agreed-upon location.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unreasonable, or not as described during booking.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm all bookings via phone, text, or email.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Accurate address and contact information

Vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

Any special instructions are provided before the appointment
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in a fee

No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or lose deposit (if applicable)

Weather conditions may cause rescheduling at our discretion for safety and quality reasons
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change depending on vehicle condition, size, and level of service required.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle condition is significantly different from what was described at booking

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated during booking
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers agree to remove personal belongings before service begins. We are not responsible for:

Items left inside the vehicle

Pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues

Water spots, stains, or damage that cannot be fully removed due to condition or material
We take care in every service, but some conditions may not be fully restorable.
6. Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important. If there is an issue with the service, customers must contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and address concerns.
